Yes I got friendly with Frank while he was at FO/A and he insisted that his exact proper address was (NO NAME): DL7FT, 14004 BERLIN, GERMANY. He said someone with _his_ name was stealing his qsl mail. So I sent him his cards and $5 and never heard back.
