Listening to W0YK/6Y5 this morning on 80 CW inspired this: Some of the fellows who are operating low bands from islands in the West-Indies are neglecting to work split. This is very counter-productive. Nobody here can hear who they are coming back to, as they are covered up by strong EU signals calling. Some people seem to be calling without even hearing the DX station ! and some make LONG calls ! So gents,if you go on a DXpediton please QSX 2-20 kHz up, say so frequently and PSE send your own callsign often, preferably after each qso.
