AZORES ISLANDS, CU2A - CENTRAL ATLANTIC The team of CU2BV, CU2CE, OH2BH, OH2TA and OH8SR have today completed their CU2A station installation and were gathering along the main street of Ponta Gelgado for their final strategy meeting for CQWW this weekend. Today's ceremony of turning the christmas lights and decorations on in the island's capital was nicely adding to this "Goodwill Azores/Finland Project" - also reported in today's Azores Daily. The project is supported by the Consulate of Finland in Azores, headed by Fernando, CU2BV as well as by Jose, CU2CE with his dedication to his project. The station CU2A will hit the airwaves at 07UTC tonight at 7050KHz, then moving to 75/80 and 160M. CU2A QSL via OH2BH.
