Dear Esteemed DXers, A few days ago I had the pleasure of working a station in Libya for the first time. Now that I am sending a QSL card out, I would like to send something with the card to insure the likelihood of receiving a card back.
Unfortunately, I have heard that IRC's are not accepted by the Libyan Postal System and that US currency is certainly not recommended. Can anyone shed any light on my dilemma?
