In 1991 I worked this station but to date I have never received a QSL card. Does anyone know if he had a QSL Manager? Two years ago I was told to try CE3AFA but there was no response. I note Buckmaster has an address in Mauritania. Was this the operator in 1991?
I usually get this sort of information on [EMAIL PROTECTED] but my message was returned with the note relay denied. Can some one tell me why my message was refused.
