Yes that is correct 3A2DX is a Pirate station! The authorities in Monaco have confirmed this information. On top of that he gives F6TZ as his QSL manager. There are now F6 stations with two letter suffixes. I am surprised no one in Europe has tracked this fellow down. He is very uninformed!
