Bill, W5SJ, is currently QRV as VP2EJ, mostly on 17 and 12 meters. He just has a Windom at about 8 feet at the hotel where he is staying. He is mostly working phone, but will also work CW with you right then if the pile up isn't too bad. Bill is president of the Lone Star DX Association and already has the cards printed as he visits VP2E quite often, especially during the 160 contests.
