Greetings, prefix hunters: According to the Radio Club Peruano, Peruvian amateurs may substitute the prefix "OC" instead of their regular "OA" the week of May 13-19, 2002, to commemorate World Telecommunications Day on May 17. An especially good day for South American stations to work these OC stations would be 00-05h UTC, May 18, as the RCP is sponsoring a short contest on 40 & 80m.
