Gents and ladies

The constant carrier on 14,100 is not the problem. The problem is
Indonesian and other SE Asian criminals all over the frequency. It has been
like that for years and years and nobody seems to care.

The criminals have taken over the bottom half of 20m, most of 40m, all of
30m and all of 10m.

This is no exaggeration. This is the way it is in this part of the world.

They are reported as intruders but absolutely nothing can be done about it.
They are there day and night. Their corrupt authorities don't give a damn
and even if they did, they could never catch these bandits. They are so
well intrenched, not even a good bombing by George W would stop them.

A constant carrier on the frequency is nothing compared with what we live
with here. The beacons have been useless here since their inception.
