I gave him a quick call as he was 20 over nine here and was told he was
working EU only. It took him longer to tell me he couldn't have a valid QSO
with me than if he had given me a quick 5x9 and carried on.

His run rate is quite abysmal and it will take him a while to learn how to
handle pileups. In the meantime, he seems to be making a few EUs quite
angry. Pity!

But DX IS! and it's where you find it.  If he can learn by his experiences
and become a good DXpeditioner - all the better! We need more guys to go to
rare places because without them... us DXers are dead in the water.
