Several people called my attention to the fact that this call has indeed been issued and that activity is anticipated. However, I received a report from Fausto, I4EAT, who stated that he had received an email from ST1MN's QSL manager, IV3OWC, who stated that operations at this point are those of a pirate since the real ST1MN has no time for radio now.
