Please give the maximum publicity to the following: Barry, G4MFW, ZS1FJ, ZL1MFW and Phil, G3SWH will be on Mangareva Island in the Gambier Islands of French Polynesia (IOTA OC-063) and from Rurutu Island in the Austral Islands (IOTA OC-050) between 10th and 22nd July 2003. The actual dates of each operation are to be decided but we hope to be on each island for at least five days. Propagation permitting, we shall be active on all bands from 40 to 10 metres on SSB and CW and hope to work as many European, North American and ROTW stations as possible. Special callsigns have been applied for and will be announced as soon as they are known. The QSL route(s) will also be announced later. Donations towards the high cost of this expedition are invited and may be sent to either ZS1FJ or G3SWH.
