There was some talk that 6O0A would not be qsl'ing recent contacts. This seems to be a "ham radio school" there so I wrote the last known qsl manager,JE9IKG who responded to my question if he was the qsl manager in the reply below.
6O0A wouldn't count for DXCC anyway, only T5 counts for Somalia.
