  turning off bluetooth kills the applet

Status in “indicator-bluetooth” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Steps to repro:

  1. Boot from cold boot
  2. Right click the Bluetooth applet
  3. Uncheck the "bluetooth" option to turn off bluetooth
  4. Applet disappears from the top bar
  5. Open Systems Preferences 
  6. Select Bluetooth
  7. Toggle the on/off switch. Button reflashes and reverts to off position and 
the following is displayed in /var/log/syslog
