Title:
Battery icon is misguiding: When battery is 2% it still shows pretty
  full of a cell

Status in The Power Indicator:
  Confirmed
Status in “indicator-power” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Even if my battery goes down to 1% the icon still does not indicate
its at a critical stage. This is an extremely important bug that
should be tackled before the release. At many occasions my phone
turned off because I was not aware that the battery was going low.
