Bug description:
I have this error in Ubuntu 13.04 and 13.10 (I also had it back in
12.10). Under the "more suggestions" in the video lens , the previews
never load and it's just a spinning wheel for hours. A bug report
window also pops up after about 10 seconds, and I'm finally reporting
it. For Ubuntu 13.10, this same thing happens often for the smart
scopes.
