Bug description:
None of the links inside the datetime indicator work. Press the clock
or calendar app don't open, neither do the indicator settings.

* Not possible to open clock or calendar app from indicator, on phone that
means those apps need to be browsed/searched to open which is definitely not
the fastest way.

* Launching the wrong app or specifying the wrong app url but that won't
result in worse experience than current one.

* Those changes are only applying to Ubuntu touch.
