Well, finally, it was probably a local configuration/set-up problem.
For whatever reason, the problem went away, probably after I reset my
home user folder. Sorry for this invalid report.

Title:
Duplicated icon for Dropbox in Unity Dash on Ubuntu 13.10

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
On a fresh Ubuntu 13.10 install, with a fresh Dropbox installation, I
get a duplicated icon for Dropbox in Unity Dash. I've tested it
multiple times, after a complete uninstall (remove --purge) of Dropbox
and complete wipe out of user directory, and the problem stil occurs.
One icon seems to be the real application icon while the other seems
related to something else. See screnshots for details.
