Title:
sound menu caches playlists which causes issues

Status in Sound Menu:
  Fix Released
Status in “indicator-sound” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
I am working on adding sound menu playlist support to
https://launchpad.net/beat-box using libunity. I've found that the
sound menu appears to do some sort of caching of playlists. For
example, if I add a playlist 'foo' with id a, exit, give that same
playlist id b, and restart, both playlists are there with ids a and b.

Why does the playlist with id a from the previous session stay there?
