add Qjackctl to the audiosettings link

Bug description:
If Qjackctl is installed, please provide a direct access to it via the
sound indicator on the unity panel.
This is extremely helpful. Espeically when a user works with a jack-
based application and then wonders why other programs like web browser
or music player are not putting any sound out.
