Fullscreen means the buttons are supposed to disappear.  Fullscreen is
not the same as maximized.

In the attached screenshot the window appears to be maximized, not
fullscreen.  Can you please confirm this is the case?

Bug description:
  After opening a fullscreen window in unity environment is like window buttons 
of maximized windows are crashing so i can't minimize or close them.
