This happens either Unity 3D or 2D. I'm using Natty (Development Branch). Steps to reproduce: 1) Start session as Ubuntu or Unity 2D. 2) Start Yakuake and set width and height to 90%. 3) Retract Yakuake console (F12 or whatever defined) 4) Open Yakuake console (F12 or whatever defined) I'm sending a screenshot to explain better.
