Dash is limited to "social networks" search since 13.10 update

Bug description:
Since the upgrade to 13.10, Unity Dash is limited to social network
search. Neither the application-lense nor the file-search lens, among
other are working.
This bug also happens on the guest account, so it is probably not a
local cache problem.
