But the same you can't do with for example Libreoffice. If you want to
move the dock you can press SHIFT + LEFT MOUSE and then you should be
able to move the dock.

  gimp does not have close button in window title

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  attaching screenshot. you see there is no close/minimize/maximize
  button near mouse pointer. so I cannot close the window. workaround to
  unmaximize window and close. or to choose quit from application menu.
