Workspace switcher toggle in Appearance Behaviour tab not available to

Bug description:
Workspace switcher button not accessible with Orca 3.10-2.
System settings, Appearance, Behaviour tab has the workspace button to
disable or enable mutliple desktops.
This button is not being exposed to Orca at all and therefore can not be
toggled.
The label regarding the location of the Launcher is also not intuitive to
what is being changed.
The slider which is for the delay auto hide I believe is exposed b ut with no
explanation.
Expected behaviour is for to be able to tab through and hear the labels
knowing what the value being changed will do. For the worksspace switcher
toggle to be available tabbing through.
