This looks fixed to me with totem 3.8.2-0ubuntu1 in Ubuntu 13.10. I get
the "Empty" item as expected. Please reopen the report if you still
experience the problem.

start totem, click on Sound>Languages, you see nothing but there
should be a menu item that is should say 'empty'. Actually its not a
big deal but this issue might also cause problems in other apps.
