You have been subscribed to a public bug: notify-osd crashes when mail-notification tries to show a new mail notification. It also occasionally crashes when clicking on different settings under the "Message Popups" tab in Mail Notification's properties window (invoked with 'mail-notification -p'). However, test notifications work (using the "Display test messages" checkbox).
Software versions: - notify-osd 0.9.14.1 - mail-notification 5.4 - gnome 2.26.2 How to reproduce: 1. Have mail-notification running 2. Make sure that there's at least one new mail in the inbox that is monitored by mail-notification 3. Run 'mail-notification -u' Behavior: notify-osd crashes (see attached crash log). Mail Notification also leaves a blank dialog box behind. Expected behavior: Mail notifications should be shown using notify-osd. ** Affects: notify-osd (Ubuntu) Importance: High Assignee: Mirco Müller (macslow) Status: Fix Released -- notify-osd crashes when used with Mail Notification https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/393547 You received this bug notification because you are a member of DX Packages, which is subscribed to notify-osd in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages Post to : dx-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
