Title: brightness does not display Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: When changing the brightness level on my Dell Latitude E6400, the brightness notification no longer appears. It worked previously in Oneiric. This is in Unity-2D. Have not tested 3D.
