You have been subscribed to a public bug: Using Xfce, Xfce's indicator applet plugin, and the gtk2-based sound indicator and using the scroll wheel on the volume bar pops up two NotifyOSD notifications instead of one. I attached a screenshot. I don't know if the bug is in Xfce, indicator, or notify-osd, though, or maybe my setup somehow.
Worth noting is that everything works as expected when clicking on the icon and changing the audio that way or using my notebook's audio controls - the problem only occurs when using the mouse wheel with the mouse on top of the icon, having not clicked it. ** Affects: indicator-applet Importance: Low Status: Confirmed ** Affects: notify-osd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Confirmed ** Affects: xfce4-volumed (Ubuntu) Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Tags: indicator sound xfce xfce4 -- Extra notify-osd bubble pops up when using Xfce https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1023588 You received this bug notification because you are a member of DX Packages, which is subscribed to notify-osd in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages Post to : dx-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
