When you lock the screen while the dash is open, the dash stays open in
front of the lockscreen. It's still possible to enter the password and
unlock normally, but the dash looks like it had focus.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open the dash (home, run command or hud)
* Lock the screen using the keyboard shortcut

The result is illustrated in the attached screenshot. I think the dash
should close upon locking, or remain open in the background (I can't
remember how it worked with the old lockscreen, but I think it would
just close).
