** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1292442 lockscreen: menus interactable but render behind the lockscreen -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of DX Packages, which is subscribed to unity in Ubuntu. Matching subscriptions: dx-packages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1292697 Title: Lock screen paints over indicators, rendering them useless Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I noticed that the new lock screen appeared to lack a "switch user" function. Thinking this might be cleverly hidden in the cog menu, I clicked on the cog indicator and discovered that it paints the menu *behind* the lock screen background. It still accepts input, it seems, as I accidentally clicked blindly on shutdown, but the menus are entirely invisible. Not sure if there's a switch user option hidden in the cog menu, as clicking blindly to try to find it isn't my cup of tea, but if there isn't, that would be a second bug exposed by fixing this one. :P To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1292697/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages Post to : dx-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
