Oh, yes, I am forced to disable the shortcut because I like using ALT+key shorcuts in programs. Even Terminal has copy/paste with ALT.

This creates not only confusion, but also dozen of HUD accessed by mistake. It is quite anoying. My suggestion is to use some other key or key combination for this.
