Title:
unity: UI scale setting can be set too high, no obvious way to recover

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Go to settings > Screen display, drag UI scale to the right (max 4).
UI immediately rescales. Screen display window is now too big, and the
bottom edge of the window is off the screen so the window can't be
dragged and resized. The UI scale slider is off the bottom of the
screen. There is no obvious way to resize the window or reset the UI
scale, and unlike the other options in the display settings, the value
is applied immediately rather than when the user clicks apply, and
does not get reset after a timeout.
