Nope, no avail. I filed against Launchpad itself for that, but the link in comment #9 needs to be linked to that bug.

Status in Application Indicators: New Status in Quassel Irc Client: New Status in “indicator-application” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: in 13.04 (Raring), Quassel doesn't have an entry in the messaging applet anymore (The Envelope), and the tray icon does not work. To duplicate, install either of the quassel, quassel-client applications, and launch. In 12.04 there is an entry in the messaging menu, but in 13.04 there is not. Also enabling the tray icon in quassel has no effect. There is simply no tray icon. EDIT: This has been an issue since 12.10, and it is still broken in 14.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/indicator-application/+bug/1235754/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages Post to : dx-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
