Title: Netbeans windows disappear after start Status in Unity: Confirmed Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: When I start Netbeans or Designer (this is a custom application built on the Netbeans platform in a company I work in) I find that the application's window just disappears after a splash screen closed. Whereas the Unity Launcher displays the app's icon as it's launched but minimized. When I click this icon nothing happens. But if I choose "Close" while the application is loading projects I can see a confirmation dialog before quiting. I noticed that this is not reproduced if I login with Unity 2D. And the behavior is normal after switching from Unity 2D to Unity for some time. It seems that the bug is better reproduced if the Netbeans process is killed with kill -9. The software information: 1) Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 2) Unity 5.16.0 3) Netbeans 7.1.2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1084877/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages Post to : dx-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~dx-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
