Changing the value in CCSM isn't saved across sessions, even though CCSM shows it as being saved.

I'm using a plugin that require Alt-Backtick and it is very disruptive to have to find a workaround when Alt-Backtick is not availabel to firefox. Either, disabke or change the shortcut to some other combo, or create a way for user to assign these shortcuts.
