Even though all string in the po file for indicator session is
translated, the string "ubuntu help" still shows the enligsh language
when changing locale.
To reproduce:
1) Select other locales, that have the full installation of indicator session,
for example Spanish and Swedish.
2) Notice that the item "Ubuntu Help" still has the english original string.
