Title:
  Menubars randomly lose their lists

Status in Application menu for Qt4:
  Incomplete
Status in libdbusmenu-qt:

Status in appmenu-qt package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  When using Mudlet, a Qt-based app, at some point randomly the menu
  items for it will go blank, rendering the application useless and
  requiring a restart (which is very bad in an app where a restat can
  mean a loss of a state that is unsaveable due to third-party server's
  connection design).

  In addition, stdout gets spammed with this:
  void DBusMenuExporterPrivate::fillLayoutItem(DBusMenuLayoutItem*, QMenu*,
int, int, const QStringList&): No id for action

  Attached is a screenshot showing the issue.
