Public bug reported: How to reproduce:
1) When notifications are displayed, remove all of them either by swiping each notification or by pressing the 'clear' button. What I expected to happen: The indicator icon should be grey now and when the screen is turned off, the LED should not blink. What happened: The indicator icon is still white and the LED blinks when the phone's screen is turned off. This is quite bad since it means that the LED is consuming power all he time.
