Typically (and I prefer this), applet-indicator-icons (of an application) will appear on each workspace of each monitor (on the left side of the clock of each top-panel). This common practice would be especially helpful in Parcellite; it would make it more convenient to access Parcellite's clippings, while working on additional monitors.
