Fullscreen window is distorted

Bug description:
If windows are put fullscreen (maximize), they can reach a state where they
look like being attracted by a magnet.
See attachment.
This can be resolved by unmaximize and maximize again.
Note: Can not test this on one screen, since it happens every other
day and I need the setup of two screens for productive work.
