The program works and responds to clicks as expected. However, the title bar of the window (which looks normal) behaves as if it didn't exist: it is completely transparent to clicks. When I click on any part of the title bar, I actually click on whatever is behind it. Other winows work fine. I _don't_ think this systematically happens with Update Manager, it's the first time I observe it. Please don't underestimate the importance of this bug. Whenever some visible object is transparent to clicks, it is something very dangerous which can have disastrous consequences (imagine there's a "delete all" confirmation button behind it). Also note that whether or not this is caused by an error in Update Manager (whose window is behaving badly), there's something wrong in the window system (I'm not sure whether it's Unity, Xorg, Compiz or who responsible for this) if such a thing merely _can_ happen.
