Same here. Using the option "Show copy dialog" from the context menu on the launcher icon does not do anything.
Also if there are some actions to be taken during copying like deciding Ignore/Merge/Replace etc. - the dialog does not appear and the copy operation is halted... Then I noticed that there was no longer any transfer window - not with Alt-tab and looking at all the Nautilus filebrowser windows, and not with Super+W windows overview. It had completely disappeared, however, the status-bar in the Unity panel to the left showed its status bar going on and eventually finishing. I try Super+W, Show copy dialog from rightclick, alt-tab, nothing will show the copy dialog, though copying works.
