When the launcher appears, the search button (the top-most button) is selected (has focus) and accessible when I press Enter - the search screen appears. But the button is not accessible by mouse - the mouse click is not handled immediatelly and the search screen does not appear. I need to click somewhere else or press Esc key - it behaves like the click is remembered, but processed later. Expected is that the search screen appears immediately when I click the search (the top-most) button of the launcher. I am using Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS.
