compiz-plugins and not collide with the old notification-daemon
- egg/egg-fixed.c: Fix unused symbol on arm, which causes build
failure due to -Werror.

Bug description:
I noticed this while I was listening Rhythmbox which shows notifications when
songs change.
Sometimes, the notification didn't show but when I minimized other windows it
was there on the desktop, so it seems to me that the notification window is not
set to be "on top"
