After a bit of WOMBAT wrangling, I finally managed to get what seems to be a decent backtrace (see attachment). If there is anything else I can do to gather useful data on the bug, please let me know.

I do not receive any error message. I have pidgin running nearly the entire time my computer is on, evolution I have only used a few times to try it out.
