Bug description:
Notify-osd seems to be preventing drag and drop events. I had Firefox open, and
tried to drag a link over to an area of my tab bar obscured by a notification.
I was not able to open the link this way until the notification ended. Based
upon some advice on IRC, I then tested this out with a file drag-and-drop on my
desktop to an area obscured by a notification. This did not work ether.
I'm running Jaunty 64bit, kernel 2.6.28-11-generic.
