Status in “notify-osd” source package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Binary package hint: notify-osd

I just remove the top panel, and keep the bottom one.
But, every time when I got some updates, and after login into the os, just jump 
out the notification of that error.
However, no influence to use my pc...
