Bug description:
Binary package hint: pidgin
pidgin libnotify does it smart thing by not sending messages to bubble when the
IM tab has focus.
but if you leave/hide it, the newer messages will go to notify-osd... thats
fine and wanted.
but if you change to the IM tab, and read it all, the messages on the queue are
still being shown until the queue is cleared.
libnotify should revoke those messages, once the tab gains focus.
