Status in Notify OSD: New Bug description: It is currently possible to change size of appendable notification bubbles while a confirmation bubble is visible. This goes against the spec which says: "The first bubble, if it is a notification bubble, should also never change size while any confirmation bubble is also visible; instead, it should wait until all current confirmation bubbles have disappeared."
